I made the decision in December 2020 to move over to REAL Broker. I was giving away so much of my commission to the traditional brokerage. The people at REAL are what make us great..every day there is something happening whether in person or on Zoom and the collaboration is out of this world. Everyone is willing to share what is working for them and what's not. The commission splits are, of course, a very good incentive but on top of that the stock I've earned by being at REAL is unmatched.
